A surgeon specializing in dermatology, she graduated from the University of Chile. She teaches in the Light Therapy in Dermatology program at the University of Chile. She also teaches in the Oral Medicine program at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Los Andes. She has also participated in various conferences, courses, and scientific publications in her field.
